Rikuto Fujimoto is a composer and pianist born in Kyoto.

He is currently enrolled in his fourth year of composition at Tokyo University of the Arts(TUA).

He graduated from Kyoto Horikawa Senior High School of Music, majoring in composition where his work was presented at the graduation concert. In university, his chamber music has been selected for and performed at the Thursday Concert series. He has also participated in orchestration for the NHK historical Taiga drama Dousuru Ieyasu.

Rikuto is active as a multidisciplinary sound artist in a wide range of activities, including sound design for commercial establishments and providing music for fashion shows.

His has studied composition with Tomoko Hasegawa, Ayumi Hirata, Akio Yasuraoka, and Kageyuki Ichikawa; piano with Junko Ito, Miho Nakagawa, Yuriko Yamamoto, and Koji Yamashiro; and clarinet with Miki Matsuda and Kaoru Miki.
